Incorporated in 1996, SODIC is one of Egypt’s largest publicly listed real estate development companies with a market capitalisation of over EGP 5.5 billion. SODIC is currently developing a number of Egypt’s large scale and award-winning developments including residential, leisure, retail and corporate projects within mixed-use environments.
